Does CoYoSon fully replace the official system app?
CoYoSon focuses on everyday control. Setting up new products, firmware, accounts, Wi-Fi and advanced home theater configuration remain in the official app.
Can CoYoSon play S1 and S2 in sync?
No. Separate S1 and S2 systems can be shown together, but they cannot technically be synchronized as one cross-system audio group.
Do I need a CoYoSon user account?
No. Local player discovery and control requires no account.
Which platforms are supported?
CoYoSon is designed for iPhone and iPad as well as Android. Store launch details and availability will be published here.
Which self-hosted services can I connect?
Audiobookshelf as well as Navidrome or compatible Subsonic servers. The app connects directly to the addresses you configure.
Is CoYoSon made by Sonos?
No. CoYoSon is an independent product and is not affiliated with, supported by or certified by Sonos, Inc.
