General terms for this website and CoYoSon product information.

1. Scope

These terms apply to this website and general product information for CoYoSon. Downloads, billing and store-specific use may additionally be governed by the terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play.

2. Purpose of the app

CoYoSon is an independent controller for compatible network audio systems. It controls existing systems and user-configured media sources. It does not provision new speakers, create Sonos accounts, sell music subscriptions or provide music, podcasts, audiobooks or lyrics of its own.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for your network, compatible devices, service accounts, self-hosted servers and for having the rights required to access and play the content you select.

4. External devices and services

Compatible speakers, music services, podcast hosts, Audiobookshelf, Navidrome/Subsonic, Dropbox, Apple and Google services are operated by their respective providers. Their availability, compatibility, content and privacy practices are outside West IT's control.

5. Local network and security

You are responsible for operating user-configured servers and unencrypted HTTP connections only in networks you trust. Availability may be affected by network configuration, device firmware, service changes and platform restrictions.

6. Product availability

Features, platform support and store availability may change as the product evolves. West IT makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, app, individual features or external integrations.

7. Liability

West IT is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and in other cases required by law. Otherwise, liability is governed by applicable statutory provisions.

8. Trademarks and independence

CoYoSon is independent and is not affiliated with, supported by or certified by Sonos, Inc. Sonos and all other product and service names are trademarks of their respective owners.
